The Lezhe Prosecution is investigating the Shengjin case, when two
brothers resisted to a police officer and were involved in a physical
confrontation.
It wasn’t hard for the Prosecution to raise charges against the two Kola brothers and for the police officer, since everything was recorded by nearby security cameras.
One of the Kola brothers is on the run, while the second one is charged with resisting to a police officer and attack against the uniform, because of his duty, in collaboration.
The footage show the two brothers driving on the opposite lane and being stopped by the officer, before they attack him. Officer Andi Biba is also charged with “impartial acts” after he keeps hitting one of the brothers, even after other officers had neutralized him.
