The Greek Prime Minister, Aleksis Tsipras, will attend a two-day visit
in Belgrae, which has also been prepared by the Greek Foreign Minister,
Nikos Kotzias.
The visit comes only a few days after the Serbian Foreign Minister, Ivica Dacic, said that Serbia made a mistake by recognizing FYROM with the name “Republic of Macedonia”, because it has offended Greece, and on the other hand, Skopje recognized Kosovo.
Tsipras is starting a new foreign policy cycle for Greece, now that the relations with Albania and FYROM are considered as open diplomatic fronts, as stated a few days before by “Kathimerini”.
Greece and Serbia want to reinforce their positions in Balkan, according to “Kathimerini”, in order to give a message also to Albania, where the PJIU, (the party which demands rights for the Cham Albanians killed by Greek genocide ) is expected to rise with the next elections.
