Trial session against Judge Doda postponed

The trial against the Saranda Judge, Rasim Doda, accused of passive
corruption, was postponed due to the absence of one of his lawyers, who
called sick.

The Judge asked his other lawyer, who would question the witness coming from the Prosecution.

Present in this meeting was Prosecutor Juncaj, who joined the anticorruption unit at the Prosecution of Serious Crimes. He was assisted by a translator who explained him anything.

Although his presence didn’t change anything for the continuity of the trial, at least the media stayed until the end, unlike other times.
