The Court of Tirana has rejected the request of Mark Frroku for having a reevaluation of his wealth.
Frroku claimed that the appointed expert has a conflict of interest, since she is an employee of the Prosecution General.
Frroku also claims that the expert is not licensed for inspecting wealth.
The Prosecution’s investigated resulted that Mark Frroku could not justify his 2 million USD wealth.
One week ago, the Kruja Prosecution started the trial against Durim Bami, co-defendant with Mark Frroku and Tom Doshi, both accused for false testimony.
