The former President and the current leader of the New Democratic
Spirit, Bamir Topi, considered the current Parliament the most
problematic in the history of Albanian democracy.

Mr.Topi didn’t spare the critics for the opposition and its unclear policy, as he called, and he asked the government to be more mature in this time of crisis.

“This may be the parliament with the biggest problems in the history of Albanian democracy. A Parliament that has not worked and is not working properly. European representatives had to come to save the face of 2-3 people in the opposition who boycotted the parliament without any essential cause and wanted to return for not losing their salary. Imagine how low this situation is. The country needs a consolidated opposition. Why should Albania need only a united left? We need a united right. Who has constantly damaged this base?”, Topi declared.
