Today in the ‘Top Talk’ program journalist Artur Zheji talked about the developments of the election campaign and the lists of candidates.
Speaking about the names that top the list of the ruling SP, he said that it is “a way to get to the gray electorate”, while adding that the prime minister is “the spiritual son of Sali Berisha”, referring to the former leader of the Democratic Party.
“It is a moment when Rama knows himself that the third term is an impossible mission, he knows that if he loses, he loses with no great humiliation. He feels omnipotent, I think this is the general syndrome of the third term, because he cannot leave Pandeli Majko, Fatmir Xhafaj on the bench, because they are people who have received many blows from the opposition, they have been bitten below the belt, they are bloodied in this majority”.
“Rama as a real spiritual son of Sali Berisha, because it is not Lulzim Basha, Berisha’s spiritual son is in fact Rama, he is a hybrid between Enver Hoxha and Sali Berisha, these are his two idols”, Zheji further added, referring also to the former Albanian communist dictator.
“But he missed one thing from the doctor (Berisha), as the latter did not let his people go. Rama has made some problematic concessions. Ditmir (Bushati) for example, has shown that he is an unprecedented avenger. He can not either leave Mrs. Kodheli, these have been the rising stars in the Socialist Party, reference figures and they have been surprisingly massacred by Berisha’s opposition”, Zheji said in Top Talk.
