Top Channel inaugurates new home

On June 2011 started the construction of the new building for Top
Channel, in an area of 21.000 square meters in total. Four years later,
Top Channel has a new home, 8500 square meters of which are
administrative environments and production offices for all programs,
6000 square meters of studios, where are produced all programs that
attract millions of viewers.
The building is unique of this type in Albania, with a glass facade of 1500 square meters. The News Room was planned based on BBC all News and includes the “Shqip” newspaper, a trend that is being spread throughout the world.
This dream started 14 years ago, in the mind of a genius. On October 16th, the birthday of Dritan Hoxha, politicians, diplomats and partners gathered to inaugurate this new and modern complex, the new home of Top Channel.
Mrs.Vjollca Hoxha, President of Top Media, said this inauguration is a very important event for Top Channel, Top Media and personally for her.
“It would have been impossible to gather here without the contribution of those who have accompanied us in these 14 years of our existence as a TV. This institution grows each day more, and few of those who accompanied us from the very beginning remember well the pride and enthusiasm of Dritan Hoxha when he was introducing the new studios at the Pyramid. I am sure he is proud of us today, of his small and big house. I want to thank every partner who trusted us with their image. As the Albanian tradition wants, the first step in a new house should be with the right foot. Welcome”, Mrs.Hoxha declared.

Edi Rama, Prime Minister: “It is important they pay the water and energy taxes, and that the construction permits are regular. Beside jokes, I want to wish success in this effort that is especially difficult. The challenge in Top Channel’s case is focused on the height of the ambition and dream that had the founder of this huge success. I hope you will all be in the level of the limitless ambition of Dritan Hoxha”.
