On March 13th, 2017, three children in Thumana and their parents became homeless after a fire destroyed their homes.
10 months later, the Muci family has a new home. Top Channel contacted the “Different Weekend” foundation, raising awareness and money through various businessmen, which made it possible to buuld a new house.
“I cannot believe that this is my home. I want to thank Top Channel and Arbri, with the Different Weekend team”, said Jonild Muci, father of the family.
The mother of the three children, Dafina, says it is the first time in 29 years that she is shedding tears of joy, when watching her children in a comfortable home.
“This is the first time that we have restored homes, with the case of Thumana and another one in Ballsh”, said Arber Hajdari, founder of the “Different Weekend” initiative.
