Tobacco sellers had a conflict with the Shkoder anti-smuggling employees during an operation for seizing unlicensed goods.
One of the officials was forced to draw his weapon against the protesters who ran towards the car that was holding the seized tobacco.
The conflict started when sellers were asked to show their licenses. The situation was calm again after the conflict, while citizens started collecting the tobacco that had fallen on the ground.
