The ceremony for opening the first segment of Tirana’s new boulevard will be held on June 20th.
For the first time in Albania, the street poles are not as usual, but with a special recent technology that makes light very eye-friendly for both drivers and pedestrians. This high-end technology also is very energy efficient.
The new boulevard will turn into one of Tirana’s most important areas, not only as regards modern infrastructure, but also due to the important administrative institutions that will move in the area.
The Tirana Municipality itself is going to move to this place, together with a series of foreign diplomatic sees.
