Most of Tirana was covered by darkness this Monday night. The city center had no electricity since 19:00.
CEZ announces a defect, but the black out area covers most of the capital.
CEZ declared that due to the defect, the roads without energy were Ali Demi, Mihal Grameno, Pjeter Budi, Aleksander Moisiu, Gani Domi, Murat Toptani, Sali Nivica, Zoja Cure, Ismail Qemali, the Pyramid and the ETC Tower.
