The University of Tiarna oppose the 12th article of the new Education
Law, and demands legal improvements that would make the current law
applicable.
The professors underlined that the state budget cannot pay the academic staff, which has a lower pay than their colleagues in Kosovo.
The Rector of the Tirana University, Dhori Kule, declared that the creation of many agencies would make the education budget distribute, which, during these years, has not been sufficient for the payments of the academic staff.
Kule said that the University of Tirana foresees higher fees for students and that it is necessary to have foreign agencies with the accrediting process, which make no tolerations.
