Tirana Traffic Police has issued 23 fines to drivers for not using safety belts while driving and for using cell phones.
Four citizens were arrested in the past 12 hours for driving under the influence of alcohol.
Police has suspended 36 driving licenses, 25 for excessive speed, 10 for driving under the influence of alcohol and 1 for having an expired license.
