Tirana, protest against Kosovo’s border deal with Montenegro

Two days before the Kosovo Parliament passes the law for new border deal with Montenegro, a protest was held at the Kosovo Embassy in Tirana, Albania.

Professors, academics and civil society activists gathered and appealed the governments in Kosovo and Albania to react and not allow Kosovo to give away 8200 hectares to Montenegro.

Elvis Hoxha, member of the Self-Determination Movement said for Top Channel that the opposition in Prishtina will not allow the passage of this agreement.

Civil society activists appeal to join another protest, on September 1st, at the Parliament of Prishtina where will be held the extraordinary session for Demarkation with Montenegro.
