The Tirana Police published the engagement of the police forces for the
electoral process in our country. During a press release with the media,
the Tirana Police Director decalred that they have trained 1644 police
officers for the Election Day.
The Police is engaged to protect and secure 1422 voting centers, 18 Zonal Electoral Commissions, and the accompanying of the electoral materials from the Voting Center to the Ballot Count. 310 police officers on uniforms will be engaged in electoral duties. 155 will be in Elbasan, 155 in Fier”, declared the Police Director, Bernard Caushaj.
After the electoral process, the police will guard the vote counting centers until it is over.
