At the voting center in the school “Konstandin Kristoforidhi”, in Tirana, the voting process has not been closed yet.
According to most recent information, beside the persons whose identity cards were collected at 19:00 for allowing them to vote later, there are several other voters with identity cards in their hands.
The election code, more specifically, article 113, forbids voting for people who arrive after 19:00, the final deadline of the voting process.
The 50 people that are waiting to vote are aware that the Election Code is being infringed, but they refuse to leave.
