Tirana Municipality lawsuit against Judge Qafa postponed

The Administrative Court of Appeal postponed once again the request of
the Tirana Municipality for removing the Judge Arjan Qafa from the panel
that will review the case for the construction of 5 17-store buildings
at the Tirana Artificial Lake.
Te Municipality of Tirana filed a criminal lawsuit at the Prosecution General against Judge Qafa. They are accusing him of conflict of interest, since he has ordered the purchase of a house from the Construction company.
The High Inspectorate of Declaration and Audit of Assets has reported Mr.Qafa for hiding assets and fake declaration.
The Municipality wants to have the judge in question removed from the judge panel, and the Prosecution General should start a thorough investigation.
