Tirana Mayor: “New Boulevard, a great green project”

The works for the remaining part of the new Boulevard will continue and will be connected with secondary roads.
The Mayor of Tirana, Erion Veliaj, said that the boulevard will be connected to the Central Park, the biggest infrastructure project for Tirana.
“We are waiting for the weather to get better so that we can continue our works. Most of the boulevard is the park area, where pedestrians will be able to walk and run”, Veliaj said.
According to Veliaj, the green area with 400 pine trees and 40,000 bushes will be a priority. As for circulation, pedestrians will have a priority.
