After rehabilitating three roads that serve as entrance gate to the Albanian capital, the Municipality of Tirana is working with the fourth one, the “Kombinat” entrance.
Mayor Veliaj, accompanied by Socialist MP Blerina Gjylameti, inspected the work constructions that they are building in the axis. She underlined that Tirana will have another decent entrance, with modern standards and bicycle lanes.
Veliaj underlined that the investment will help not only citizens of the Tirana Municipal Unit 6, but also vehicles coming from south and west.
“As in every new road in Tirana, this axis will have its dedicated bicycle lane, which will encourage bicycle usage even more among citizens”, Veliaj said, appealing citizens to use bicycles even more.
