Tirana Mayor: “Electric buses to be tested this September”

“After the testing period we will start making orders, to make sure that Tirana will be avant-garde in Southeastern Europe for transportation quality and its infrastructure”, Veliaj said.

The Mayor visited Mushqeta, Kerraba, where he inspected the works for rural roads in all villages along the Tirana-Elbasan highway.

“We are happy that the central government is completing the Tirana-Elbasan highway, but this also isolates local villages. The only way to avoid this is to keep investing on main roads that Connect these areas and that make it more attractive for visitors from Tirana who would love to spend time in nature”, Veliaj said.
