Tirana independent Mayor candidate accuses DP for “New Boulevard”

Bojaxhi declared that the project was planned to serve to the clients of the Democratic Party, and not to the citizens. He said that the boulevard would be built with public’s money, and the land owners would be expropriated with ridiculous compensation, although the investment increases the land value ten fold.

Bojaxhi accused what he called the clients of Mayor Basha and of his Democratic Paty, who have made agreements and purchases in the path of the New Boulevard.

“The compensation for the clients is so big, that they have not planned public and social objects, such as police precincts, firefighters houses, health, culture or sportive center, which the city so much needs”, Bojaxhi declared.

According to the independent candidate for Tirana, this area must be developed as a single project and not with the concept that citizens pay while builders take all the benefits. According to Bojaxhi, the only way to develop Tirana is to harmonize the development with the minimal conditions for life quality.
