A vehicle blew up this afternoon in front of the National Guard Residence in Tirana, fortunately without victims.
The news is confirmed by official police sources, who say that the exploded car belongs to Altin Deda, former police officer.
Sources say that first scene investigations suspect that the explosive charge was installed due to property disputes.
