The Tirana court today set a 6-month protection order for Prince Leka and Elia Zaharina, who were filmed a week ago in an inappropriate physical conflict, prince’s father in law was also involved.

Top Channel’s Anila Hoxha reports that they now must stay 5 meters away from each other.

According to the decision, Prince Leka can approach the royal residence only when he meets his daughter in the presence of the nanny, and at this moment Elia Zaharia should not be present in the building.

After the expert reports were filed, the court was convinced that both had signs of violence.

The court left Elia in the residence, taking into account the interest of the child’s well-being.

According to the decision, Leka Zogu II has the right to meet and stay with his daughter from Monday to Friday from 16.00 to 18.00 and on Saturday and Sunday from 11.00 to 13.00, in the presence of the nanny .

Earlier, the judge Artan Hajredinaj decided a few days ago, a one-year protection order for Prince Leka, whose ex-father-in-law should stay at a distance and not threaten him.

Prince Leka and Elia Zaharia two weeks ago ended up at the doors of the police, claiming that they were attacked by each other.

Everything started when Prince Leka went to meet his daughter at his residence, where she lives with her mother, Elia Zaharia. As Prince Leka confesses in his testimony, at those moments the minor was with Gjergj Zaharija, his former father-in-law, who was taking care of his granddaughter, since Elia was not at home.

They both describe this meeting as violent, as the Prince claims that he was hit by Gjergj Zaharia, while the latter said that he is old and cannot attack anyone.
