The Independent Commission for Qualification decided to take a positive decision about Judge Xhaxho, reconfirming her on duty as Judge in Tirana.
Xhaxho is also a candidate for the High Judiciary Council. She became part of the priority list to pass the Vetting process.
There have been only two complaints against Xhaxho, but no violation has been verified from her part.
Xhaxho started her career in 2002 as a Judge in Tirana, a position she holds even today.
