The Mayor of Tirana signed a cooperation agreement with several European capitals for the objectives of 2030, addressing several climate-related challenges.
“I am proud with what we achieved today, being a model city for reaching huge progress with three planting within a very short time, and for building bicycle lanes, electric buses, and for covering several buildings with new cladding, which will help reduce energy consumption”, Veliaj declared.
The Environment Forum of European cities in Genoa united politicians and Mayors from all over Europe to discuss the best practices for environmental matters.
