Three miners are still blocked inside the Bulqiza mine, while three others were injured after an explosion.
All workers were Chinese, from the Wenzhou Mining Co Ltd, contracted by the concessionary company “Albchrome”.
The Ministry of Energy said the emergency teams intervened as soon as the incident was reported, while the Deputy Minister of Energy and other officials are on the scene, with the Mining Salvation and Inspection Department.
