Three companies win bid for oil. Agreement negotiations started

The Ministry of Energy and Indistry has selected the companies that will
have the right to search for oil at Block 4 and in Dumrea.
Confidential sources said for Top Channel that after scrutinizing the official bids brought by the National Agency of Natural Resources, the winners for Block 4 are Shell and Petromanas. For Dumrea, the winner is the Israeli company Navitas.
The Multinational “Shell” is amnig the seven biggest companies in the world, operating in 90 countries, including Albania, in the Shpirag area where they cooperate with Petromanas.
Navitas, part of Delek Group, listed at the Tel Aviv stock market, has a market value of more than 5 billion ALL and activities throughout Eastern Mediterranean.
Top Channel has learned that the Ministry has authorized the National Agency of Natural Resources, based on the application presented by the winning subjects.
By October, the government plans to conclude the second round for three blocks, Block C, Block 5 and Block Panaja.
