The US Embassy in Tirana say that the Venice Commission did an excellent job with the Justice Reform.
The US diplomats said for Top Channel that the Venice Commission has spoken very clearly in their final report. They have offered clear instructions and have left without treating only one issue, which is political, that of leaving the qualified majority up to the Albanian politicians.
