The new Justice Reform institutions lack appropriate premises and work space

The new institutions born of the Albanian judicial reform, including the High Judicial Council, and the High Prosecutorial Council have been using for months now the offices of the former High Council of Justice as temporary facilities.

Recently the High Justice Inspectorate was also located in these offices. None of the new institutions has been placed in the main justice offices, as a decision of the Council of Ministers has not yet been delivered.

The lack of premises has brought the first difficulties for the High Justice Inspectorate, which does not even have the office space to file its 1200 cases, 300 of which belong to the prosecution.
