The police officer at the Constitutional Court is only guarding the building. No one is left inside. A group of drivers are exchanging jokes.
What does it mean that the Constitutional Court has fallen and that it is at the limit of its existence?
It means that the one ruling today at the Constitutional Court is silence, not the Constitution.
Judge Besnik Imeraj resigned on January 31st, but no one has removed his name from the door.
The names of Altina Xhoxhaj and Fatos Lulo are also there, although they didn’s pass the Vetting Process. But they haven’t given up. They will take their case at the Special College of Appeal.
The remaining Judges are Bashkim Dedja, Gani Dizdari and Fatmir Hoxha. Hoxha’s session with the Vetting process is Monday at 11:00.
The only Judge who passed the vetting so far is Vitore Tusha. Who’s next?
