Eight new Prosecutors were approved today, who will be part of SPAC, the Special Prosecution Against Corruption.
The High Council of the Prosecution has announced the race for the Chairman of this entity that will be investigating politicians.
The first eight Prosecutors are Altin Dumani, Arben Kraja, Behar Dibra, Edvin Kondilli, Elida Celami, Ened Nakuci, Enkeleda Millonai and Klodian Braho.
The Prosecutors will have a 9-year long mandate without the right to be reappointed.
Drejtuesja e Prokurorisë së Elbasanit, Enkeleda Millonai, ka mbaruar fakultetin e Drejtësisë në Universitetin e Tiranës në vitin 2003 dhe Shkollën e Magjistraturës në vitin 2009.
Ajo ka punuar si sekretare gjyqësore në vitet 2003-2006 dhe më pas si prokurore në Prokurorinë e Tiranës, atë të Krimeve të Rënda si dhe në Prokurorinë e Elbasanit.
Në vitin 2016, Millonai u komandua zv.drejtuese e Prokurorisë së Elbasanit, ndërsa në prill të vitit 2018 ajo mori drejtimin e kësaj prokurorie.
