The President of Kosovo, Hashim Thaci, received this Friday the Commander of the Security Forces in Kosovo, General Lieutenant Rrahman Rama, who informed him about the progress done recently for transforming the Security Forces and the Armed Forces of Kosovo.
After the visit of the US Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense, Laura Cooper, and that of the Great Britain Minister of State for the Armed Forces, Mark Lancaster, Thaci was updated today by General Lieutenant Rrahman Rama about the progress made during the past months.
Thaci underlined that the Kosovo Security Forces are the best example of multi-ethnic representation. “FSK has become a professional force with NATO standards. It is a model of gender and ethnic representation”, Thaci said.
