Thaci: Close cooperation with Rama

The Prime Minister of Kosovo, Hashim Thaci, congratulated Albania for the second time about the regular elcetoral process.
He added that his government will cooperate closely with the new government of Albania.
“The government of Kosovo, which has cooperated with the Albanian Prime Minister, Sali Berisha, will cooperate very closely with the government of Edi Rama, and will invite all ministers to continue projects”, Thaci declared.
As regards the political developments in Kosovo, Thaci mentioned the amnesty law, which treats all citizens equally.
“Tomorrow we will pas the draft law for amnesty, which will be for the entire territory of Kosovo and will treat all citizens equally, not based on ethnic or regional backgrounds”, Thaci declared.
As regards the negotiations for the Stabilization Association Agreement, Thaci declared that this step has put Kosovo in the European Union integration path.
A few days ago Prishtina was visited by the European Council president, Herman Van Rompuy, who declared that the Stabilization Association Agreement is a good sign for the future of Kosovo.
