The process for reevaluating the knowledge of caretakers, social
workers, doctors and social-care centers throughout Albania is
undergoing.
“Those who cannot take the necessary points will be fired. There will be zero tolerance against any violence case in social care centers. We need good qualifications to avoid such cases”, said the Minister of Social Welfare, Blendi Klosi.
As for the testing questions, they are adopted to each profile. Are all focused on concrete situations and on the code of ethics.
“Experts made questions answer the reality of their work”, declared Etleva Bisha, Director of the State Social Service.
Despite the testing, no one will be removed from their duty without two warnings, based on the Code of Labor.
