Three inspectors from the Central Technical Inspectorate are under
investigation by the Tirana Police over passive corruption and power
abuse.
The official sources say that the arrested are Sander Prenga, Dorjan Flamuraj and Alton Kasembi.
The investigations for these people started after the police suspected that the CTI officers were making fictive inspections and were not reporting the violations in exchange of money.
Based on the information, the Prosecution registered the criminal procedure and started investigations. Due to the competences that the workers of this company have, who can extend their activity in all subjects they trade, including several fuels, they identify irregularities in documentation but fail to present them.
They have profited illegally from 20.000 to 50.000 ALL, based on the violations.
