Tear gas in parliament, session interrupted, two MPs arrested

The Kosovo opposition MPs have blocked the Parliament with tear gas,
once again. This time it was launched by the Self-Determination MP, Aida
Derguti.

The session for suspending the MPs of the opposition was held after the interruption. The oppositio refused to communicate and this time the tear gas was launched by MPs Glauk Konfjuca of the Self-Determination and Pal Lekaj of the Alliance for the Future of Kosovo.

Present in this session were two MPs of the Self-Determination Movement, Fisnik Ismaili and Faton Topalli, although they should be under house arrest.

The US Ambassador to Kosovo condemned these actions, but the MPs said they will keep doing this.

Prime Minister Isa Mustafa and Deputy PM Hashim Thaci met with President Jahjaga to discuss the latest events. Opposition supporters gathered in front of the Parliament building with chants against the agreement with Serbia and Montenegro.
