Tahiri: Rama will be Prime Minister again

Saimir Tahiri gathered local structures of the Socialist Party in Tirana where after asking maximal engagement also sent a message towards coalition ally SMI after ministers and high officials have expressed that want Ilir Meta to become Prime Minister after the elections.
“Above all we have one lider, Edi Rama, our Prime Minister today and after June 18th, for those who have yet to understand it. Because the Socialist Party will spectacularly win the elections”, Tahiri said.
He thanked all citizens for their support during his mandate as Minister of Internal Affairs. “Working is far more valuable than sleeping all day. The bigger the hurdle the bigger the power will be to work for Tirana and Albania. I am proud of what we have achieved together, something unthinkable yesterday”, he added.
Tahiri also expressed his belief Fatmir Xhafaj will do his job very well. “I am sure he will continue everything we started from the first day”, he said, also accusing opposition members for trying to protect corrupt prosecutors and judges.
