The Minister of Interior, Saimir Tahiri, held a press conference
regarding the accusations of Tom Doshi, who claimed that a murder had
been ordered against him by the Parliament Speaker, Ilir Meta. Recently,
Durim Bani declared at the Prosecution that he had been paid by Doshi
to make the story up.
Tahiri declared that the claims of Doshi for a conspiracy against him are not true.
Tahiri gave details, named and dates, and made a full resume of everything that took place since September 2014 to today.
“None of the claims made by Doshi resulted true”, Tahiri declared.
According to Tahiri, the above-mentioned data for the activity of the police, in absence of a report from Doshi, are documented.
The Minister added that there are investigations undergoing at the Prosecution of Serious Crimes and the State Police, which will very soon reveal everything that has taken place.
