Nine people have been arrested so far for recruiting and sending
Albanians to fight in Syria. After the arrests made one month earlier,
including the two self-declared imams, today police arrested Gerti
Pashaj.
He was one of the five people on the run for being involved in a group that organized and sent Albanian fighters to Syria.
The official announcement of the State Police says that Gerti Pashaj was arrested at the Rinas Airport, when he was returning from Turkey.
He is accuse of recruiting people for terror acts, and for encouraging and appealing the public through propaganda for committing criminal act with terror purposes.
Shkelzen Dumani, Shyqyri Kaca, Almir Daci and Medi Manallari are still on the run.
