The Independent Commission of Qualification decided to remove Supreme Court Judge, Artan Broci, from his duty.
After a hearing session, the Commission noted that the Judge cannot explain the investment for an addition to an existing apartment in Tirana.
According to Broci, the addition was done on the building by every resident.
The Commission was suspicious about the way how an apartment was purchased and sold in Rrashbull. Broci insists that he had sold it a long time ago, and that he invested the sum.
The Commission also identified the lease of an apartment at the Shallvare area, revenues that he had not declared.
