The Supreme Court decided to accept the request of Prosecutor Bujar
Sheshi for reviewing the evidence presented by the General Prosecution
in the trial against Dritan Prifti and Leonard Beqiraj.
This means that on 29 June, the Penal College will continue to review the evidence of the video where two officials are seen dividing money between each other. The other evidence is their phone records and their travel data.
As for the Prifti’s lawyers request for considering the video invalid, the Penal College declared that they already rejected the invalidity request.
