Superintendent killer arrested

The news shocked the public opinion even for the banal reason for which it happened: the victim, a superintendent, was asking to the killer the money for the elevator maintenance.

The Police declared that they were able to arrest Toro and charge him of murder in mitigating circumstances and illegal arm possession. Police declared that they were to seize his weapon.

Superintendent killed for asking elevator fee

A 60 year old from Fier was killed in his home and his wife is in serious conditions.

The couple Nasi and Angjelina Mema, residents at the Apolonia neighborhood in Fier were shot by their 36-year-old neighbor, Oltion Toro.

The victim, who was a superintendent of the apartment building, was asking Toro to pay the elevator maintenance fee for the last four months.

Accompanied by a relative, Toro knocked on the door of Nasi Mema with an AK-47 in his hands.

The old man opened the door and was immediately shot, and after him the killer shot his wife too. The couple was rushed to hospital with the help of the neighbors, while the killer fled the scene.  

Mema passed away a few minutes after he arrived in hospital, while is wife is in serious conditions.

The Police started the investigations and is looking for the suspect.
