The second edition of Summer Fest returned to the town of Pogradec with a
series of activities. The best singers of the moment showed their best
hits, and the “Portokalli” troup and Top Channel’s dancers offered a
special night of the “Summer Fest” to this town.
The Summer Fest activities started with fairs and music in the first hours of the day, and attract a lot of attention in this peaking point of the tourism season in Pogradec, which started late this year even due to the weather and the electoral campaign.
The square where the artists performed was filled with residents of the and tourists.
“This activity that in the first year was supported by us, this time was requested by the residents and I believe that Summer Fest will be each year in Pogradec”, declared Artan Shkembi, Mayor of Pogradec.
“This is very beautiful, because Top Channel is present in every Albanian city, during the entire year, but with Summer Fest we are among them in person. This is a pleasure that we are sharing with the citizens of Pogradec”, declared director Ergys Lubonja.
The artists say that the warm welcome from the public made them enthusiastic. Summer Fest will continue in Albania and the next station is the city of Durres.
