Today is the Summer Day, the day celebrating spring, focused in the city of Elbasan.
A big concert was held in Elbasan’s main square last night, while people from all over Albania are visiting.
Authorities have prepared many activities, starting with a bicycle race, a carnival parade of elementary schools and the traditional fair.
