“Pluralism of religion and religious communities in Albania” is a book
published by Italian professor Giovanni Cimbalo, which was promoted at
the Academy of Science.
The study shows the legal understanding between the Albanian government and the religious communities since 1913.
Professor Cimbalo, office holder of the religious legal rights at the Bologna University of Law, says that the Albania model is the best example that should be taken in consideration by Europe.
“The most modern concept of religion held today in Europe is that of the Albanian legal system, and this has been going on since 1923”, declared Cimbalo in this ceremony.
The Italian professor answers to voices who say that Albania might have radical groups in the future, saying that the Albanian government has all legal instruments to avoid these phenomena.
