The Mayor of Tirana, Lulzim Basha, signed an agreement with the rectors
of the public universities for releasing the Municipality Student Card.
Basha declared that the universities are processing the data, which will end after two weeks. Right after this process will start the production of the students’ cards.
After the public universities, a similar agreement will be signed with the private universities too.
