The meeting of the EU Council of Ministers on June 24th will be held in a
different climate from that of December. This has been declared by the
Minister of Integration, Klaida Gjosha, who hopes that the decision will
be taken based on the progress report.
As for the problem of the Czech Republic and CEZ, the Minister of Integration declared that the status has nothing to do with bilateral economic problems.
“What I would underline about the CEZ and the Czech Republic, is that I hope that the European countries will not go outside the process and make Albania and other aspiring countries to lose their trust on integration, the values and requests that the member countries has given as priorities, because bilateral matters are something else. I am convinced that our country is working hard to have better relations between countries, as I am convinced that the closer Albania is to Europe, the better will the problems between countries be resolved”, Minister Gjosha declared.
