The Supreme State Audit proposes to cancel the concessionary agreements for paid parking spaces in Vlore.
According to the SSA report, the agreements favor the private entrepreneurs by damaging the Vlore Municipality budget, which, according to this institution, loses more than 184 million ALL from the concession.
“The concessionary agreements for parking in the streets of Vlore must be canceled. If the concessionary agreements are implemented, the financial influence in the Vlore municipality will be negative, because the private subject that takes the parking spaces in concessionary will unjustly profit 184.7 million ALL”, the SSA says.
