The government said that the students, who are blocking the university buildings so that others cannot attend their lessons normally, are part of a political plan.
“What remained from the protest is a ridiculous group of people directly commanded by the DP, the SMI and by Sali Berisha himself, who is directly engaged with some of the segments within the university. This is the extreme show of the brutality of an opposition that has no vision, no ideas and no leadership, and who are ready to sacrifice anyone for their desperation”, said Elisa Spiropali, Minister for Relations with the Parliament.
“The law doesn’t allow the government to remove the students form the universities, but on the other hand, the law allows the rector to guarantee the school attendance and allow the police to intervene”, Spiropali declared.
