The Kavaja Property Registration Office employee, Aida Gjoci, also under invesetigation for the Spille property scandal, testified today and explained how the employees of this office have abused with their power through the years to register pine forests that result as arable fields.
Six Kavaja Property Registration Office employees are under arrest for power abuse, for having administered property titles with false documents.
Although the District Council did send them negative answers, they have falsified these answers with fake ones. The same method wsa used in Greth.
Some documents were falsified by Fisnik Qosja, former lawyer of the Property Registration Office, who later was employed at the “Idea Tel” company of Idlir Karkini.
This document should have been registered at the District Council, which should give an answer about it The answer was falsified and the registration of the military property was registered as a private one.
The employees are suspected for cooperating to create these circumstances, and they have also archived the original documents at the Tirana District, which later started investigations.
Another institution was aware of this situation, the Supreme State Audit. They audited the actions of these employees for 31 properties in Spille, with a total area of 107,364 square meters.
